What forms of payment do you take?

You can use credit, gift cards, cashapp or crypto-currency at the moment. Additionally, we also take fully offline orders.

All cashapp payments are acknowledged on the app with a like button; the purpose of this is to let you know that we have received payment and have updated the status of your order as "PAID" and will begin processing your order, soon after, you will receive an email with available tracking info for your convenience and ease of mind that your order has been processed and is now on the way.

Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, it can be quite difficult to determine who or what was responsible for a failed grow.

If a product remains in an unopened condition it may be returned within 30 days from the date you received your product.
Opened products may not be returned.
If a product is contaminated, pictures will be needed (not because we think you are lying but because providing pictures helps us determine possible issues).
If contamination was determined to be something beyond your control, then a credit OR replacement of your choice will be issued as long as it is within 30 days from the date received.
Return/Replacement policy does not extend to courtesy freebies (candy, taxonomy labels, parafilm, extras, etc).
Items lost in the mail, damaged, partially damaged, or delayed due to shipping issues outside of our control may be resolved within 30 days from the date your package was expected to be delivered.
